Please note that the extended abstract submission and full-length paper submission are independent processes. For submission of full-length papers, authors don't need to submit abstracts; they can directly submit their full papers.
The faculty/ORSI members and student category submissions (both abstract and full paper) have already exceeded the maximum capacity/allowable limit. So, the extension for abstract submission is strictly for industry participants.
Extended Abstract Submission
- Please submit your Extended ABSTRACT through the Google form given in the conference website. Only FULL PAPERS are required to be submitted through EasyChair Login page.
- The extended abstract should be submitted in approximately 1000 words.
- Abstracts must include a clear indication of the purpose of the study, sources of data, methodology, major results, implications, and key references.
- The Times New Roman Font (Text Size for Body: 12, Title: 14, Names and Affiliation: 13) with single spacing must be used for the submission.
- The author(s) must mention around 5-6 keywords in their extended abstract submission
- The author(s) must follow APA 7th Edition Referencing Style for the submission.
- Submission must be in PDF format (if accepted, MS Word/LaTeX file will be asked to be submitted).
- Every submission will undergo a plagiarism check and review process, and the abstract's acceptance status will be communicated in due course.
Full Paper Submission
- Please use the Word or LaTeX template provided here for your full paper submission: Full Paper Templates
- Full paper submission (4000-8000 words) is mandatory for (i) Inclusion in the Proceedings, & (ii) Journal Publication. Otherwise, it is optional.
- Submission must be in PDF format (if accepted, MS Word/LaTeX file will be asked to be submitted).
- Every submission will undergo plagiarism check and review process, and the acceptance status of the full paper will be communicated in due course.
