Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications: Ph. D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades, etc.) (relaxed to 55% for SC/ST candidates) at the preceding degree and excellent academic record throughout.
Assistant Professor: For Grade I, a minimum of 3 years of post-PhD teaching/research/professional experience. Candidates who do not have 3 years of experience post PhD may be offered the position in Grade II.
Shortlisting Criteria:
A. Candidates should have published a minimum of 3 papers in reputed journals as sole/first or second author (incl. accepted) in B or higher-level journals listed in ABDC 2019/ERA 2010/level 2 and above in ABS journal list
OR
B. Minimum 2 publications, as first/sole or second author (incl. accepted) in A or higher journals listed in ABDC 2019/ERA 2010/level 3 and above in ABS journal list / FT50
Relaxation may be granted in lieu of 1 publication requirement in case of (A) above for any of following:
• Worked for at least 2 years as Entrepreneur (Founder) /Founding team member of registered venture (incubator in IITs/IIMs or any Govt approved incubator)
•At least 2 Cases, as first/sole or second author, published in HBS/Ivey Publishers/ACR Journal
Mere fulfillment of eligibility and shortlisting criteria doesn't automatically entitle an applicant to be called for a seminar or an interview.
